When it comes to your garage door, a little maintenance goes a long way. If you keep your garage door well maintained and looked after, its life expectancy can be up to 30 years (this number is estimated by the manufacturer). When it is time to replace a garage door – whether its lifespan has expired, or you are upgrading or remodeling your home – there is obviously a cost involved.

How Much Does a New Garage Door Cost?

There are many price ranges for garage doors, including not only the door itself but also installation, labor, parts, and warranties. At One Clear Choice Garage Doors, our door prices are all inclusive, meaning that our advertised price includes all basic installation costs. Most of our doors come with lifetime warranties as well, that protect you against tearing, bending, cracking, splitting, warping, rusting, chipping, and fading (everything but impact).

Basic installation includes pre-installation site inspection to confirm measurements and determine installation conditions, delivery of new garage door up to 30 miles from warehouse, take down and disposal of existing garage door(s), installation of torsion springs on all doors when available, reconnect existing UL approved garage door when replacing existing sectional door, final clean up and inspection of finished project.
