Hey. Sorry. This is not typical. We actually post on our website removing the LED bulbs could be a solution to improve range for frequency interference this was common 15 years ago and less common now. However, if range for the remote transmitter is the symptom then Usually its one of the first resolutions we offer... in fact usually even before a tech is booked. I have spoken to the technician he said this was NOT A FREQUENCY issue. So it weird that changing your LED fixed it i don't know, it's definitely frustrating for me so I'm sure you are frustrated as well. Anyway, I will continue to look into this further and we will make sure to discuss it at the meeting and with the techs individually about how important it is to correctly diagnose problems. We developed a reputation of being honest value focused and affordable. WHILE it's unclear to me that changing the LED lights was the fix I agree that it Is probably a mistake in diagnosis. I am sorry that this was your experience. Every one can make a mistake. I hate that you feel because this was your experience that we must be the worst company and that your estimation of us is that we have No Good qualities, like posted pricing, backed by the industry leaders, and a management staff that will ultimately resolve your concerns if brought to our attention. The repair job done on our opener went well , Charlie was great and installed 2 springs and also recommended that we get new cables, because old and frayed. All went well and the comany is definitely great on follow up.
